Seattle Suburbs: Edmonds, WA: Art and Real Estate

Seattle suburb Edmonds, WA is breathtakingly gorgeous!  edmonds art walk

Edmonds, Washington is artful in itself with its sweeping Puget Sound and Olympic Mountain views or its sandy beaches.  The whole town is on a downward sloping hill oriented towards the water and looking off to lovely Kingston and islands in the sound.  The port of Edmonds is filled with boats and there is a huge walking path throughout the town and waterfront.  Fresh seafood is plentiful and the sounds of the ferry boat whistle and the train just add to the ambiance.

Seattle suburb Edmonds is filled with artful little shops and boutiques and there are some amazing restaurants as well.  Even if you aren't in the Seattle suburbs real estate market, Edmonds is worth a look.  You might find yourself falling in love with the quaint little downtown area or the sweeping parks and beaches.

One of the cool things Edmonds does as an ongoing event is a regular art walk.  It is a great way to get out there and see a sampling of what Edmonds, WA has to offer!

Walking and art?

Check out the Third Thursday Art Walk in Edmonds!

An event to check out all the local artists and shops!  I can't think of any better way to take a walk around downtown Edmonds!  If you are an artist in Edmonds, it might be worth checking out!

About Me:

Seattle real estate has been a big part of my life for well over a decade since I began my career in real estate, but also before that time when I was in the process of purchasing my own first home.  Buying your first home can be quite overwhelming, but I have managed to help many first time home buyers along the way.

Move up Seattle buyers and other types of specialized purchasing is a great passion of mine!  I love Seattle houseboats and you can find me down on the docks of Lake Union and Portage Bay several times a week.   Other aspects of Seattle real estate that I adore include Queen Anne Real Estate,Wallingford Real EstateBallard Real EstateGreen Lake Real EstateLaurelhurst Real EstateMagnolia Real Estate, andSeattle Waterfront Real Estate.

In addition to being a Seattle residential broker and founder of Cooper Jacobs & Seattle Afloat, I am also a member of CBA (Commercial Brokers Association) and head of the Cooper Jacobs Commercial Division in an effort to provide excellent commercial real estate services to the Seattle commercial real estate industry.  With a background in accounting and management, it is my great pleasure to coordinate our Seattle commercial brokers.
