In Seattle, we have a mixed bag of Lake Union real estate. Seattle houseboats consist of a few different categories and some that overlap. This one actually is real estate - at least part of it. The submerged land under the houseboat is owned and part of the sale for this houseboat. We have some that are vessels, some barges, some floating homes (more like traditional homes on a log or other kind of float). There are many different intricacies with them and some are owned docks and some are leased. It is a fun part of the market over here.
