Lands End Offers Everchanging views...
The Ballard Locks is one of the things I like to do with my kids - I have written about them before, but one of the other things we like to do is cross over into Magnolia and walk around Lands End. Lands End is a sleepy little village like neighborhood at the tip of Magnolia facing Sunset Hill and the Ballard Locks.
Land's End views:
There is a constant parade of boats, trains, kayaks, and sea lions with the lovely smell of salt water breezes in Land's End.
Land's End Real Estate:
Lands End real estate is pretty amazing when it does come up. There are beautiful Land's End view homes and waterfront homes depending on how lucky you get while shopping.
Right now, for instance, there are three Land's End Waterfront homes for sale.

About Me:
Seattle real estate has been a big part of my life for well over a decade since I began my career in real estate, but also before that time when I was in the process of purchasing my own first home. Buying your first home can be quite overwhelming, but I have managed to help many first time home buyers along the way.
Move up Seattle buyers and other types of specialized purchasing is a great passion of mine! I love Seattle houseboats and you can find me down on the docks of Lake Union and Portage Bay several times a week. Other aspects of Seattle real estate that I adore include Queen Anne Real Estate,Wallingford Real Estate, Ballard Real Estate, Green Lake Real Estate, Laurelhurst Real Estate, Magnolia Real Estate, andSeattle Waterfront Real Estate.
In addition to being a Seattle residential broker and founder of Cooper Jacobs & Seattle Afloat, I am also a member of CBA (Commercial Brokers Association) and head of the Cooper Jacobs Commercial Division in an effort to provide excellent commercial real estate services to the Seattle commercial real estate industry. With a background in accounting and management, it is my great pleasure to coordinate our Seattle commercial brokers.

Courtney, what a beautiful area. I would love to see more pictures of this place, or even a video. Perhaps in one of your later blog posts ?
Golly... I just clicked on the Ballard Locks link... and what do you know ? Lots and lots of pictures. Thanks so much. Very, very pretty.
Hi Carolyn - I have thousands of pictures of this place:) I carry my flip video around, too, but when I am at the Locks I am usually chasing my 3 year old around:) The camera is enough! LOL
This is a beautiful area. I love the water and I'm sure this is where I would be if in WA.
Hi Jennifer! This is just one of the gorgeous water spots we have. The problem with Seattle is that there are a lot of really gorgeous places to call home. There is something for anyone here. Glad you like it:) Call me if you are ever in town and I will show you some of my favorite spots.
Hey Courtney, Great shots! You can't beat the Northwest!
Hi Kent:) Thanks! I always lug the camera along....
