I really do owe this to Active Rain since I would not have ever blogged or gotten out there on the internet without them. This listing has six new showings set for tomorrow as a direct result of the segment and more to come in the next week. Fingers crossed for a great buyer because I love this houseboat!

Many years ago I had dinner with some friends I knew in Seattle on a Lake Washington houseboat. Besides the potato pancakes and blintezes which I rememebred best and this was an international group, I loved the lifestyle of a floating home that was totally cool with a great view at sunset. Congratultions on your feature.

Hey! Thanks you guys! We have been pretty busy fielding calls and emails. Given the fact that there was absolutely no mention of me on the program, I was surprised at how many people got me after the show:) My favorite part was that Barbara fed that question to Al Roker from the list of questions they had for me on the property.

Congrats! It'll probably get sold in the next few days and possibly for more than the list price! My husband spent some of his childhood years growing up in a houseboat and it was quite the experience.
