Wallingford is a wonderful mix of urban and suburban - it has its own retail center of life, but also is a hop and a skip away from other great Seattle neighborhoods and enjoys easy proximity to Downtown Seattle.
Wallingford Homes for sale: The Wallingford real estate market has been going pretty strong for homes in the neighborhood and I have seen some amazing listings pop up on the MLS. I love Wallingford. When we were kids we'd visit my great aunties on my Mom's side of the family. Auntie Boo and Dee (as we knew them). A couple of wonderful, colorful, a little eccentric, and loving Swedish ladies. They lived in one of those awesome big houses built in the very early 1900's and just a few blocks east of Woodland Park Zoo... A lot of really wonderful memories.
