Wallingford is one of my top five Seattle favorite neighborhoods! It has a unique mix of being completely urban and residential at the same time. Situated just North of Lake Union in the heart of Seattle, this area has a long history of being a working neighborhood. It is a true paradise for someone looking for the ability to live in a nice home with easy accessibility to work. Much like some of my other favorite neighborhoods, Wallingford is self-sustaining. You could literally live here and never have to leave while having all your needs met.

It has been years ago, but I used to go to Wallingford a lot.
I love it! I actually have finally found a great new office space in Wallingford and will be moving in November:) I am excited!
Courtney, I also have a few neighborhoods here in Austin where I do a lot of work ad that are favorites. I am going to follow your lead here because it looks like a very compelling way to engage interest in my areas! Nice job, I am going to subscribe to your blog to keep up! Thanks again!
