Belltown Condo Choices: Seattle City Living

Downtown SEattleBelltown real estate:  Condos with big city and Sound views:

This Belltown city view condo shot was taken fomr the South end of Belltown just out of Downtown Seattle proper, but gives you a good idea of how many opportunities there are for good city light views in Belltown condos and  also Downtown Seattle condo real estate.

Belltown condos with water and  city views: There are many buildings with good views - both Puget Sound and city views - even some of Lake Union, but make sure to check out the the surrounding buildings and height limits.

Belltown is just North of Downtown Seattle and offers some wonderful living options if you want an affordable in city Seattle condo!  Here are some great search options if you want a good idea about buying condos in Belltown and Downtown Seattle or any other Seattle real estate info:

Downtown Seattle condos

Belltown condosWant to see some interiors from my recent Downtown Seattle condo and Belltown condo tours?  I always take snapshots on tour and then send a wrap up report to the buyers if we don't see anything they fall in love with or if they want to take another look a what we saw.  After four or five condos and walking around on what I call the Aerobic Downtown Seattle real estate tours, the pictures help.  This one was from a unit in Cristalla in early Belltown (corner of 2nd & Lenora).  I took some of 98 Union in Downtown Seattle as well as Royal Crest in Belltown, but I liked this shot the best. We love our hardwoods in Seattle - even with real estate in the air.  I am happy to share if you want to see any other photos of some of my tours.

Downtown Seattle condos are surprisingly affordable if you are willing to go low square footage and Belltown condos are another great option for being right in city.

We are happy to help you find your perfect Downtown Seattle living situation - feel free to shoot any questions this way!

About Me:

Seattle real estate has been a big part of my life for well over a decade since I began my career in real estate, but also before that time when I was in the process of purchasing my own first home.  Buying your first home can be quite overwhelming, but I have managed to help many first time home buyers along the way.

Move up Seattle buyers and other types of specialized purchasing is a great passion of mine!  I love Seattle houseboats and you can find me down on the docks of Lake Union and Portage Bay several times a week.   Other aspects of Seattle real estate that I adore include Queen Anne Real Estate,Wallingford Real EstateBallard Real EstateGreen Lake Real EstateLaurelhurst Real EstateMagnolia Real Estate, andSeattle Waterfront Real Estate.

In addition to being a Seattle residential broker and founder of Cooper Jacobs & Seattle Afloat, I am also a member of CBA (Commercial Brokers Association) and head of the Cooper Jacobs Commercial Division in an effort to provide excellent commercial real estate services to the Seattle commercial real estate industry.  With a background in accounting and management, it is my great pleasure to coordinate our Seattle commercial brokers.

About Cooper Jacobs Real Estate's Seattle Branch:

As a Seattle Native, I am always amazed and inspired by the many view options buyers have here-Olympics, Stadiums, Space Needle, Cascades, water, the list goes on.  So many condo's now offer views that are priced right!
