Parade of Boats Through The Locks With Lands End in The Background

Lands End Offers Everchanging views...

The Ballard Locks is one of the things I like to do with my kids - I have written about them before, but one of the other things we like to do is cross over into Magnolia and walk around Lands End. Lands End is a sleepy little village like neighborhood at the tip of Magnolia facing Sunset Hill and the Ballard Locks

Land's End views:

There is a constant parade of boats, trains, kayaks, and sea lions with the lovely smell of salt water breezes in Land's End.

Land's End Real Estate:

Lands End real estate is pretty amazing when it does come up.  There are beautiful Land's End view homes and waterfront homes depending on how lucky you get while shopping.

Right now, for instance, there are three Land's End Waterfront homes for sale.

About Me:

Seattle real estate has been a big part of my life for well over a decade since I began my career in real estate, but also before that time when I was in the process of purchasing my own first home.  Buying your first home can be quite overwhelming, but I have managed to help many first time home buyers along the way.

Move up Seattle buyers and other types of specialized purchasing is a great passion of mine!  I love Seattle houseboats and you can find me down on the docks of Lake Union and Portage Bay several times a week.   Other aspects of Seattle real estate that I adore include Queen Anne Real Estate,Wallingford Real EstateBallard Real EstateGreen Lake Real EstateLaurelhurst Real EstateMagnolia Real Estate, andSeattle Waterfront Real Estate.

In addition to being a Seattle residential broker and founder of Cooper Jacobs & Seattle Afloat, I am also a member of CBA (Commercial Brokers Association) and head of the Cooper Jacobs Commercial Division in an effort to provide excellent commercial real estate services to the Seattle commercial real estate industry.  With a background in accounting and management, it is my great pleasure to coordinate our Seattle commercial brokers.

About Cooper Jacobs Real Estate's Seattle Branch:

Land's End Real Estate Stats: Magnolia Real Estate in Seattle

Land's End real estateLand's End Real Estate Stats: Magnolia Real Estate in Seattle:  Land's End is a beautiful corner of Seattle's Magnolia neighborhood.  Perched on the Northeast tip of Magnolia's Lawton Park just East of Lawton Wood, Land's End is a great place to find unique Seattle water view homes and beautiful Magnolia waterfront property.

Currently there are three Land's End homes for sale - one is an expansive waterfront property at the very tip of the neighborhood for $2,200,000 and there are also two Seattle view homes available for sale right now, too.  Both are on 40th and one of them is actually a short sale.  The non short sale property is $749,000 for just under 3000 square feet and then the short sale property $735,000 for just over 2000 square feet.  The non short sale has an amazing view of the Ballard locks and Sunset Hill in Ballard.  It also has income potential with a full mother in law apartment downstairs and three parking spaces (2 car garage and one car carport).  It is a great piece of property in a wonderful micro neighborhood inside Magnolia.

Land's End Real Estate Recent Activity:  Recent home sales in Land's End include a 1 bedroom 1 bath waterfront home for $715,000, a new construction 4/3.5 bath 3900 square foot Magnolia vie home for $1,100,000, and a gorgeous 1946 Hollywood type  5 bedroom/ 3.5 bath 4730 square foot Seattle waterfront home on 39th Ave W for $2,100,000. (complete with pool, hot tub, boat lift and launch so you could literally launch your boat from your back yard and travel off to the Puget Sound Islands!)
