Blue Ridge In Seattle. Where?
The Blue Ridge neighborhood in Seattle is quite amazing to drive through and everyone I talk to who lives there loves it. Blue Ridge has its own private beach and playfield/park area and is fully governed by covenants. They have their own community club and also swimming pool and overlook the Puget Sound with big views off to the Northwest. Blue Ridge is nestled between Carkeek Park and North Beach just North of Ballard and Crown Hill and offers the residents of its 450 homes lots of amenities not to mention Swanson's Nursery is right there!!!!

There is a section that has great public info if you are interested in learning more about this neighborhood - from its beginnings when Boeing thought the hillside might make a great place for planes to gets lots of momentum upon take off to what is going on these days.
