OK - Here's My Soap Box: Beaches Are Not Highways

Washington featured in Coastal Living.....

seattle beachWashington's own Ocean Shores is featured in the April 2008 Coastal Living!  Check out this little coastal town just 2 1/2 hours from Seattle!  Ocean Shores is actually a pretty good investment and really easy to get away to with no notice.  Vacant platted lots can still be found as low as the $30k range and oceanfront vacant platted lot start at just under $200k - pretty good price for waterfront!  Go check out Ocean Shores real estate!
