Estates Northwest: Seattle Real Estate Blog

Seattle REO Realtor Work- Continuing Story..

seattle suburb real estateYou might remember me blogging about the horrific trash out job I had to get done for the bank a month or so ago on a foreclosure real estate assignment I received. $4000 to clean it up and it still could use a nice bath!  After getting through the $4000 trash bill and the $3000 water bill, I did manage to get the property listed last week and had an offer in the first day.  The bank was not open over the weekend and I ended up with a few more offers by the time they opened.

This Seattle suburb REO is now pending inspection and I still have agents calling me with interest because it was priced so competitively. This house is actually a perfect flip opportunity, although I hope someone will just buy it and love it because it needs love.  What amazes me is how fast I received phone calls and how on top of it so many local agents are for their clients!  There are really a great batch of Seattle real estate agents in this area and I am lucky to get to work with so many good ones!

So inspection here in the next day or so with a back up ready to go in case the first buyer bails, although who knows.  I will let you know how it goes!
