Seattle: Looking for a Great House?

This house would be PERFECTION for a Seattle home- so much love and care has gone into the details and it even has a brand new bath upstairs!  The grounds are extensive at almost a third of an acre right in city!

Seattle real estateRemodeled to perfection: This is how a house should be remodeled - from studs out - all new electrical, plumbing, more. Over sized covered front porch welcomes you right in to the entry, formal living, dining, and den area.

9042 6th Ave NW

Seattle home with large spaces: Large bedrooms and closets throughout, lots of craftsman attention to detail.  The love that has gone into this house is apparent as you tour it.  Three expansive living levels with room for more! Artist studio with sink and door out to patio and grounds, gorgeous office, den, kitchen with breakfast eating area, all three baths are newer with the same attention to detail as the rest of the house.

Seattle grounds of beauty:  The grounds themselves are a thing of beauty with some of the most amazing plantings I have ever seen in Seattle.

Don't want a park like setting for the best back yard parties in Seattle?  How about subdividing off part of it?  You still would have a large yard and income on top of it.

Seattle EstateRight in the city!  Your own estate on a park! This gorgeous Seattle home is right in the heart of Seattle's Greenwood neighborhood just north of Ballard and Crown Hill and very close to both Phinney Ridge and Green Lake.  Greenwood has tons of shopping and restaurants including one of my favorites, Gorditos.  In addition, this Greenwood home is just East of North Beach and Blue Ridge with close proximity to both Golden Gardens and Carkeek Park if you want to go play at the beach down the street.  The Puget Sound is literally five minutes away!

Easy access for commuting to all areas of the Puget Sound with pleasant sea breezes off Puget Sound in the distance! Plenty of in city on street parking as this is a quieter neighborhood, but close to lots of great city life!

Seattle real estateWant to see it in person?  I would love to tour it with you and show you some of the great details that make it so wonderful!

Mill Creek Golf Course HomeLooking for a really nice Mill Creek Country Club Golf Course home?

My friend Elaine just listed the MOST AMAZING house in all of Mill Creek and it is right on the Mill Creek Golf Course in the Mill Creek Country Club!  There is no sign or keybox, so let me know if you want me to set up a tour - this is truly the nicest house in all of Mill Creek and definitely the best Mill Creek Golf Course home I have seen in years!  These homes don't come up that often, so make sure and check this one out!

Some of the stats on this Mill Creek, WA home:  4 bedrooms/3.25 baths, 3 car garage, 5021 square feet, on over a third of an acre, Fully remodeled with top of the line everything! $950,000, In the Mill Creek Country Club!Mill Creek Golf Course Home

Mill Creek Golf Course Homes:  There are not that many homes on the Mill Creek Golf Course and this one is nicely appointed with wonderful territorial views!  Sweeping scenery of the Mill Creek Golf Course and fountains from many view points in this beautiful home.  I was amazed from every angle and pleasantly surprised as I toured this home during the broker's open house yesterday.

Gorgeous!  Not often do you see a Mill Creek Golf Course home with so much to offer!  Over 5000 square feet, but so beautifully remodeled, I about fell over - The details are phenomenal including a movie theater, and massive secret playroom hidden behind a secret bookcase entry....  You will not be disappointed!

Seattle Real Estate V. 2010

Seattle real estate

Happy New Year Seattle!Seattle houseboats

Seattle real estate market 2010:  Looking to buy or sell a Seattle home in 2010?

I am excited to kiss 2009 goodbye despite the fact that I am still counting my blessings.  I have met and worked with a lot of great clients this last year and appreciate their trust and faith in me, but I am also ready for the year ahead!  I am excited to be working with new agents in my office this year and look forward to all the adventures we will have!

Some Seattle Neighborhood Highlights...

Queen Anne:  Queen Anne Real Estate -I have always enjoyed my Queen Anne business, but I have been on the hill quite a bit lately showing and selling Queen Anne View homes and sharing all the history that this neighborhood has to offer.  I love showing my children their family homes on the hill (at least two happen to be on the historic registry) and it is just a great place to be.  You can read my latest Queen Anne article on Rain City Guide

Gas Works ParkSeattle Afloat:  SeattleAfloat.com is my Seattle houseboats blog site and I have gotten some great feedback from it. If you are interested in Seattle floating homes, then this might be a great place to learn more info. Seattle houseboats I look forward to spending lots of time on Lake Union again this year!  Seattle Afloat covers Eastlake, Westlake, Portage Bay, Northlake, Southlake, Wallingford, University District, and all other aspects of Life on Lake Union or in a floating home.

Green Lake:  Green Lake is in my top five favorite neighborhoods if you have not noticed.  My New Years Resolution included at least three times around Green Lake a week.  Green Lake Real Estate is so refreshing!  I love all the time I spend there and especially liked meeting the girls from MYGreenLake in 2009.

Wallingford:  Wallingford real estate is close to my heart.  We actually are moving our office to Wallingford officially this year and have a listing right in the heart of Wallingford with a WalkScore of 100!Ballard Locks

Ballard:  Ballard is one of my Seattle loves.  You can read about how I met my husband while living in Sunset Hill in the Seattle TimesBallard Real Estate is full of so many different types of homes and always fun. Sunset Hill homes overlooking the Puget Sound and a quick walk to the Ballard Locks are always gorgeous!

Downtown Seattle:  Downtown Seattle is so livable compared to other cities around the country and Downtown Seattle real estate has gotten very affordable whether you are a first time home buyer or looking for the ultimate luxury, there is something for you in the city!

Seattle real estateThese are just some of my personal favorites.  My office has agents who specialize in different neighborhoods and Seattle suburbs. We team up to offer the best possible customer service and thank our lucky stars for having such a great job!  You can email me if you are interested in buying or selling this year and I will be happy to match you up with someone in my office that specializes in your area. Thanks so much and Happy 2010! courtney@cooperjacobs.com
